Revlon Matte is a lipstick. Its a non glossy lip color. Non glossy as in the lipstick that dsnt have any shine usually used for formal occasions or Office use.
I have tried it myself have few shades too. Go ahead and buy one if u like. I give this product a 4 star. They have many shades. U will deffinately find one for urself....
its a lipstick. this has no shine ... it just gives your lip color without the effect of light reflecting off of it
