Annabelle's Kohl Eyeliner Vs. Revlon's Color Stay eyeliner?

So, i heard about these two eyeliners and people say they are really good. Which one is better and why? (When i say better, i mean which one stays on the longest!)

im not sure about those 2 but i use No. 7 liquid liner and it stays on the entire day and goes on really smooth
